I work with mothers who feel overwhelmed, stretched, or stuck in cycles of guilt and emotional exhaustion.

Through nervous system work and identity shifts, I help women move from survival mode into calm, confident leadership in their families.

This workshop brings together the most powerful tools I use with my private clients in an intimate, supportive space.
