Day 1 - Friday

Theme: Break the Mold

12pm - The Peaceful Welcome:
Step into our beautiful retreat space in Montville where we will enjoy a private lunch.

We then ease into a grounding breathwork and making declarations of what you are leaving behind, to set the foundation for your transformation.

2pm - Settle In & Connect:
Unpack, explore the space, and connect with the other incredible Mama's who will be sharing this transformative experience with you.

4pm - Intention Setting Evening:
We’ll come together for an intimate, grounding session to set your intentions.

We'll then dive into a mini-workshop to reset your mindset & dismantle social conditioning to set you up for success. Then you'll uncover the script for your WHOLE SELF.

With dinner on its way, you'll start the retreat feeling clear, inspired, and ready to step into your WHOLE SELF.

Day 2 - Saturday

Theme: Embody Your Truth

8am - The Slow Wake-up:
Meet us at the cafe for a relaxed breakfast on the deck, listening to the sounds of the rainforest.

Spend some time in nature unwinding.

10am - Workshop - Reconnecting to YOURSELF:

Uncover your TRUE values, beliefs & identity. Examine how your past continues to run the show and how to take control of your future.

11:30am - Breathwork:

We’ll come together for a breathwork session that will support the release of the old habits, setting in the new identity you've uncovered.

1pm - Lunch
We will enjoy lunch at the cafe' together before having a restorative break.

4pm - Workshop - Boundaries & Rituals:

You'll learn the truth about boundaries and how they build connection, not rejection. You'll also dive into self-supporting rituals to keep you on track.

With dinner on its way, you'll be feeling supported, on track and empowered.

Day 3 - Sunday

Theme: Integration

8am - The Slow Wake-up:
Meet us at the cafe for our last morning.

10am - Integration Workshop

& High-Tea:

Here, you review your intentions, align your actions and take off with a clear vision and path.

You'll be embodying the WHOLE WOMAN you've reconnected within yourself.

You'll have made a supportive network of Mama's who will support you and keep you accountable.

Hi, I'm Georgia!

Some roles I play include being a: Clinical Psychologist, Motherhood Coach, Mother of 2, Partner, Sister, Daughter, Colleague and many other things!

I’ve spent over 10 years working as a psychologist mainly with parents and families. My passion is in supporting women through the challenges of life. But it wasn’t until I became a mother myself that I truly understood the invisible weight so many of us carry.

When my daughter Lily was born 8 years ago, I came face-to-face with something I had never even heard of: mum guilt.

In those early years, guilt consumed me. I believed I had to do all the things, and perfectly. I burned myself out over and over again, collapsing into bed at 7 or 8pm after putting my baby to bed, too exhausted to do anything else. I was so consumed by my own beliefs about what a “good mum” should be, that I couldn’t see how unrealistic and unhelpful those expectations were.

That experience shaped my path. I went back to uni, completed my thesis on *DRUM ROLL* Mum Guilt, and even had my research published!

But more importantly, I began the work of healing it within myself. By the time I had my second child, things were SOOOOO different.

I was confident in my decisions, happy to go back to work after 12 weeks, relaxed about daycare, and at peace when he weaned off breast milk at 8 months.

When you take control of Mum Guilt, you get to lead a life that’s more fulfilling and rewarding and you have the confidence to listen to your intuition.

Hi, I'm Lisa!

I am a Breathwork Facilitator, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Coach and Mentor.

After surviving a workplace bullying incident which resulted in a near death experience and severe mental stress, I realised that the only way to heal and live my best life was to take a holistic approach and look at mind, body and spirit.

Now, I support women in coming home to themselves. You are already worthy of all that you desire. By simply looking within and coming back to what you already know to be true, you will create transformation in your life.

I also love mum's and women on natural ways to manage their stress, health and wellbeing. Your body holds the blueprint to optimal health and I help you find the key to unlock this.

Feeling crap all the time is NOT normal. My mission is to support you to find a "normal" that sees you thrive.
